Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a product within 30 days of purchase, please contact our Customer Care team at info-x@myst-x.com. If the product is eligible for exchange or refund, we will assist in handling that process. Reminder: All returns/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase and you may select one of the following options:

– RETURN –
We will refund the full amount of the purchase to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges for any refunds, unless the return is a result of damage or error.


–CREDIT –
We will refund the full amount of the purchase to your credit card.

*All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.

Broken/Damaged/Defective Products:

Please examine your order when it arrives. We do our best to ensure the product you order arrives safely, and without defect. If the incorrect product was shipped, or is damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. Please keep the box, packaging materials, and any damaged items.
